Meet Brandon Hill

Brandon Hill brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the home remodeling and construction industry to every inspection. His background includes more than a dozen full home renovations and years of practical, in-the-field work that began early—learning the trade alongside his father in the family handyman business while still in high school.

Over time, Brandon expanded his skillset beyond painting into full-scale remodeling and founded his own remodeling company in 2013. He grew that business into a team of five and built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and honest communication.

Today, Brandon applies that real-world construction experience to home inspections throughout the Nashville area. His deep understanding of how homes are built—and how they fail—allows him to identify concerns that may be overlooked by inspectors without a construction background. His inspections are thorough, detail-oriented, and focused on helping clients clearly understand the condition of the home they’re buying.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, hiking, fishing, and making music. He lives with his wife, their dog, cat, and seven chickens—and brings the same level of care, diligence, and pride to every inspection as he does to his own home.
